What am I paying for in the plan price?
Only the service fee: secret shopping, evidence, scorecard, report. Not unlimited free products. Product spend is a separate product budget (or your deposit if higher).
Who pays the product price at checkout?
We pay the store/marketplace as a normal customer. Standard plans: covered up to product budget; overage = your deposit. Customized plan: fixed service fee only — you pay 100% product deposit (item + shipping). See Pricing and Who pays what.
What is the Customized plan?
A fixed fee per mystery order (₹2,499 service). No product budget included. Seller funds product fully — ideal for non-returnable SKUs, high ticket, or when you want total control of product spend. Optional return test add-on +₹1,999 if the item is returnable.
What about non-returnable products?
We only buy them if you pre-approve the exact SKU on the booking form and accept that money won’t come back via return. Cost is still capped by product budget or your deposit. Return & Refund Audit requires a returnable product — we won’t fake a return on non-returnable goods.
What if my product is ₹15,000 (phone, appliance)?
We don’t float large product cost. Options: (1) you pay 100% product deposit before we buy, or (2) you ship a sealed sample to our shopper address. Service fee is still charged in full.
Does shipping / COD count in the product budget?
Yes. Item price + shipping + COD fees all count toward the product budget cap.
If you return the product, do I get the product money back?
No separate cash refund of product on top of the service fee. Merchant refunds offset our product float. You already only paid service (+ any deposit overage). Unused deposit after a cheaper cart can be adjusted case-by-case.
What happens to the product after unboxing?
Full Journey (no return plan): used for photos/evidence; not shipped to the brand by default. Return plan: we try to return it. Brand can request reverse logistics of the sample for an extra fee.
Can I give you a coupon or employee discount?
Public sitewide coupons are fine. Brand-only “mystery shopper” coupons or insider discounts are not — they break secrecy and bias the audit.
Is this fake reviews?
No. Reports are private research for the brand. We never post paid public reviews or manipulate ratings.
Who knows it’s a mystery shop?
Your frontline team shouldn’t. We use non-branding emails/addresses and shop like any customer.
Is this the same as IndiaOffers deals site?
Separate product, same company (IndiaOffers.in). Dedicated app for mystery shops only.
How do I pay and get the report?
UPI/bank after booking (test pay in demo). Report arrives on a private link by email when admin publishes; or use Track order with code + email.
